Lena has been active in the Puget Sound Real Estate Market ever since 1997 the same year she graduated from Central Washington University with a Bachelor Degree in Communications. With a flare and passion for marketing and advertising Lena began her real estate career assisting 5 high-powered new construction listing agents. She managed all of the promotion, transactions and awareness for up to 15 plats at once. In 2001 she transitioned into full-time sales assisting Buyers and Sellers. In addition to selling real estate Lena was given the opportunity in 2004 to become one of the assistant managers of Windermere North with a specialty in helping train "new agents". In 2005 Lena became a minority owner of Windermere North and continued to take on additional management responsibilities for the office. In 2007 she became the full time office manager and relinquished sales to give her undivided attention to the agents in the office. In 2009 Lena will become the majority owner of Windermere North and continues to manage, teach, encourage and support all of the agents at Windermere North.
