If you are selling, then I will work with you on preparing the property for sale in the best possible light as well as the extensive options for getting the word out about the property (what is normally referred to as marketing). If you are buying, I will work with you to make sure we find the properties that meet your expectations and that all the needed information for a proper decision about a purchase is obtained. I will be there to provide the support and guidance you need for all phases of the project. Before becoming a real estate agent, I had followed several career paths. All were based on working with people and providing services and/or merchandise that meet the individual’s needs. My expertise is working with people and understanding their goals and formulating ways to achieve them. Real estate has provided me the opportunity to apply my skills to some of the most challenging and important decisions that a person or family must make. I also have spent the majority of my career prior to real estate running my own small retail business – giving me a wide perspective on the problems and solutions for just about any project. In fact, I still service the customers from my prior business even though I have changed fields to real estate – once I make a commitment to someone, I make sure that it is fulfilled.

I lived in North Seattle for 25 years and then moved to Edmonds. I have helped clients sell and buy houses in Northern and Eastern King County and Southern Snohomish County. While those have been my major working areas, I am also working with clients on Bainbridge Island and the Kitsap Peninsula as well.
