I have lived in South Snohomish and North King Counties all of my life and know the neighborhoods very well. I am a native who loves the northwest and it`s lifestyle. I have a boy and a girl and through them my husband and I have become active in many activities, such as Scouts, Little League, Youth Basketball, Youth Soccer, the Northshore School District and AFS student exchange. I work in the surrounding area; Lynnwood, Edmonds, Brier, Kenmore, Bothell, Shoreline, Lake Forest Park, Mountlake Terrace, Mukilteo, Mill Creek and Everett.

I have worked with Windermere since 1997. Prior to that I worked in the real estate and mortgage/banking business for over 15 years. I started my career in mortgage banking, working in loan construction and land development, then selling bank foreclosed properties for a bank and mortgage companies. Through my work experience and related class studies, I have developed a thorough knowledge of the real estate industry. Working with foreclosed properties gave me valuable insight into finding working solutions to an array of problems. I observed the market rise and fall several times. I experienced first hand what worked and did not work in selling properties. I would love to share my insights and knowledge with you and I pledge to represent your best interest. I have also been awarded the Accreditied Buyer Representation (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyer`s Agent Council, Inc. (REBAC) and I am a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
